Last updated: 2026. By using NoCurve.fun (the “Service”) you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.
1. What NoCurve is
NoCurve.fun is an interface to permissionless smart contracts on Robinhood Chain that let anyone deploy an ERC-20 token and seed a Uniswap pool. We provide software. We do not custody funds, execute trades on your behalf, or control the underlying blockchain.
2. No financial advice
Nothing on the Service is financial, investment, legal, or tax advice. Tokens created or traded through the Service may lose all value. You are solely responsible for your decisions and for complying with the laws that apply to you.
3. Your responsibilities
- You control your wallet and private keys. We can never access or recover them.
- You are responsible for the tokens you launch, including their names, images, descriptions, and any claims you make.
- You must not use the Service to launch tokens that infringe others' rights, impersonate people or brands, or facilitate anything illegal.
- You are responsible for any taxes arising from your activity.
4. No warranties
The Service is provided “as is” and “as available” without warranties of any kind. Smart contracts are experimental. Blockchains can fail, fork, or be congested. We do not guarantee the Service will be uninterrupted, secure, or error-free.
5. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, NoCurve.fun and its contributors are not liable for any lost profits, lost tokens, or any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service.
6. Risk acknowledgement
Crypto assets are highly volatile and largely unregulated. You accept all risks of using blockchain technology, including bugs, exploits, price volatility, and total loss of funds.
7. Changes
We may update these terms. Continued use of the Service after changes means you accept the updated terms.
